We do not store any IP addresses of our site visitors except for the data described under the keyword hosting. We do not conduct any analysis of the data we visit on our website. We do not use cookies. We are not participants of so-called "social media". We do not use any other services and ask our clients for data-sparing use of the Internet.

Our website can be visited without registration. In the process, data such as pages called or names of the retrieved file, date and time are stored on the server for statistical purposes, without this data being able to be directly related to your person.

We, or our hosting provider, process inventory data, contact data, content data, contract data, usage data, meta and communication data of customers, interested parties and visitors to this online offer on the basis of our legitimate interests in an efficient and secure provision of this online offer acc. Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO i.V.m. Art. 28 DSGVO (conclusion of contract processing contract).

Collection of access data and log files:

We, or our hosting provider, collects on the basis of our legitimate interests within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f. DSGVO Data on every access to the server on which this service is located (so-called server log files). The access data includes name of the retrieved web page, file, date and time of retrieval, amount of data transferred, message about successful retrieval, browser type and version, the user's operating system, referrer URL (the previously visited page), IP address and the requesting provider.

Logfile information is stored for security purposes (for example, to investigate abusive or fraudulent activities) for a maximum of 28 days and then deleted. Data whose further retention is required for evidential purposes shall be exempted from the cancellation until final clarification of the incident.
